Date, Location, Set-Up:

• Festival Date: Sunday, 10/12/25, 12:00pm – 5:00pm (rain or shine)
• Location: River Walk Pavilion, 11 School Street, Washington Depot, CT
• Set-up Hours: Sunday, 10/12/25, 9:00am – 11:45am  

Participating Organization Guidelines & Fees:

1. Free: Any WBA (Washington Business Association) member. Must provide an activity for the community or a product to buy. 
2. Free: Local school organizations 
3. $15: Non-profit that is not a member of the WBA 
4. $35: Connecticut-based business that will offer a product in the following categories. These items must be available for both purchase and take home on the festival day:

• Accessories/Jewelry
• Art/Books/Music
• Bath/Beauty/Soap
• Candles
• Ceramics/Pottery/Glass/Woodworking products
• Children/Toys
• Clothing
• Crochet/Embroidery/Knitting
• Houseware
• Paper goods
• Pet-related
• Plants
• Pre-packaged food products
• Quilts
• Other

Payment: We will invoice you via PayPal if you are a non-WBA non-profit or business.
